Hutchinson in Celaya, Mexico is seeking a Senior Finance Leader to oversee cash flow, forecasting, and profitability across manufacturing sites. You will analyze revenue, margins and cost structures, driving continuous improvements in financial reporting and performance metrics while partnering with operations and supply chain to achieve targets.

The role requires 10+ years in financial management within the auto supply industry, with at least 5 years in leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, or related field.
• MBA or CMA/CPA preferred.
• 10 years of progressive financial management experience in automotive manufacturing.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role within manufacturing.
• Strong cash management, analysis, and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee cash flow management and forecasting with monthly analysis.
• Analyze revenue streams and margins to drive profitability.
• Collaborate with production to align financial goals with operations.
• Develop and implement industrial performance reporting systems.
• Lead inventory optimization and control of fixed costs.
• Drive profitability initiatives across manufacturing sites.
• Prepare financial forecasts and annual budgets.
• Lead long-term plan and budget (LTP) for HAVS North America.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales and supply chain.
