Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking an Analyst in Contract and Billing to support accurate contract, pricing, billing, and financial processes.

You will research discrepancies, maintain records, and collaborate with Finance, Sales, and operations to ensure proper systems reflection of contractual and billing requirements. The ideal candidate will have 0–2 years of relevant experience, a degree in Accounting/Finance, and familiarity with SAP or ERP systems.

Formación

• 0-2 years of relevant experience, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, preferred.
• Previous experience in contracts, billing, pricing, AR/AP, or related areas is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial and transactional information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting established deadlines and service-level expectations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions in a finance-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Supports administration and maintenance of customer and vendor contracts, pricing, rebates, billing arrangements, and related records.
• Reviews and processes billing transactions, vendor invoices, chargebacks, rebates, and pricing adjustments.
• Maintains accurate contract, customer, vendor, and pricing information in systems.
• Researches and resolves routine contract, pricing, billing, invoice, and payment discrepancies.
• Collaborates with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable to support billing activities.
• Provides timely support to internal and external customers regarding contract, pricing, billing, and invoice inquiries.
• Maintains confidentiality and accuracy when handling financial information.
