Position Overview

We are looking for a trusted finance business partner to join Autodesk’s Worldwide Sales Finance team at Autodesk. This position reports directly to the Americas Finance Director. This person will be the finance business partner to the Senior Director responsible for the Latin America Sales Team. Additionally, the position will support License Compliance in the Americas.

The right candidate for this role will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, financial aptitude, excellent business intuition, and the capability to work at multiple levels, including high level strategy and day-to-day financial details. This candidate must effectively partner with business leaders, yet still adhere to his/her fiduciary duties as a member of the finance organization.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Latin America Sales Team and Americas License Compliance Team to provide accurate billings, ACV forecasts, reporting and analysis
  • Leverage Anaplan for forecast submission and tracking
  • Engage with Latin America sales leadership and Americas license compliance leadership regarding business strategy, go to market and annual planning
  • Create quotas for sales and management roles within the supported teams
  • Manage the opex budget (HC and variable) for the supported teams
  • Work with License Compliance Team to audit and submit commissions attainment on a regular basis
  • Assist in commission analysis and YTD rep attainment as the bridge between commissions and sales teams
  • Build Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for managers and Finance Director
  • Present an EOQ finance deck to review performance and metrics
  • Forecast accuracy tracking
  • Responsible for Ad-Hoc reporting requests working closely with the AMER Financial Analyst Team
  • Provide Deal Support in partnership with the Deal Development Team on agreements supporting accounts within Latin America and License Compliance
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience with finance or business analysis background
  • Prior experience in a technology/software/SaaS company is a plus
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Hands on experience with financial software (e.g. Anaplan, Qlikview, SAP, etc.)
  • Articulate and concise with strong communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a complex and changing environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines
  • Ambitious and ability to learn quickly
  • Strong team player and leadership potential
