Blacksmith Agency is seeking a UI Systems Designer to own how client design systems are built. You’ll extract patterns from brands and reference sites into a working system of tokens, variables, modes, and core components a build pipeline can execute with precision.

Work across several client brands with the same structural rigor, shipping robust component libraries and documenting the system for automated pipelines. Strong English and overlap with US business hours are expected.

Formación

• 4+ years designing for the web with real design system work.
• Fluency in Figma variables, component properties, auto layout and variants.
• Portfolio showing work across multiple clients with rigorous underlying design systems.
• Strong English and overlap with US business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Build token architecture in Figma using variables, modes and semantic naming.
• Ship core component libraries that span entire sites, not just the homepage.
• Document the design system so developers or pipelines can execute it.
• Collaborate across several client brands while maintaining structural rigor.
