JBT Marel is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support our growing customer base across Mexico. You will diagnose, repair, and optimize complex equipment on customer sites, often with limited guidance, and collaborate with global teams.

In this role you’ll lead small projects, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to continuous process improvements while representing a high standard of service and safety on every assignment.

Responsabilidades

• Solve complex problems, often taking a new perspective or applying existing solutions.
• Work independently with minimal guidance.
• Lead projects, project phases, or small project teams, providing informal guidance to junior staff.
• Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues.
• Contribute to process improvements.
• Represent a level at which a career may stabilize for many years or until retirement.
