Agora.io, headquartered in Santa Clara, CA, seeks a passionate Field Product & Developer Evangelist based in Mexico, Jalisco. You’ll blend product understanding with a public presence, driving engagement and community building.

The role involves leading demos, translating feedback for product teams, and representing Agora at key events. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in developer advocacy, APIs, and a deep enthusiasm for AI and real-time engagement.

Formación

• 5-7 years of experience in product, developer advocacy, or technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs, or AI/ML frameworks.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable presenting at conferences and engaging online.
• Strong understanding of the developer ecosystem and open-source culture.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a product expert for Agora’s solutions in the field.
• Lead technical demos and workshops.
• Translate customer use cases into actionable feedback.
• Partner with teams to support product alignment.
• Identify market opportunities for new releases.
