E80 Group is seeking a Site Manager for field-based installation, implementation and commissioning of logistics systems at customer plants. You will ensure time, cost and contract quality targets are met while coordinating a project team and maintaining clear customer communication.

The role requires an engineering degree, Autocad knowledge, planning software, MS Office proficiency and up to 80% travel. Join a multinational company with a strong focus on intralogistics projects.

• Engineering degree required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in Autocad, planning tools and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% for site work.
• Experience in logistics or industrial projects is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and schedule installation, implementation and commissioning activities at customer sites.
• Organize project team activities efficiently and effectively.
• Control costs within contractual specifications and budget.
• Maintain timely communication with customers and the company.
• Manage project modifications with project manager and customer.
• Handle non-conformity processes with technical and supply chain staff.
• Ensure acceptance and sign-off following testing activities per contract.
• Collaborate with RSPP on site safety matters.
