Role Overview

As a Fiat Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Binance’s fiat business in the region. You will proactively identify, negotiate, and onboard global and local partners, managing operations and regulatory relations to ensure excellent on/off-ramp services for users.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and reach out to new potential global and local partners.
• Negotiate business terms and onboard new partners for the fiat ecosystem.
• Own and manage relationships with fiat partners, including banks and payment providers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, legal, regulators) to ensure smooth regional fiat business operations.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and licensing related to fiat operations.
• Lead local fiat and new user growth initiatives through business development activities.
• Monitor industry and competitor trends to optimize product offerings, marketing, and operational strategies.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure consistent service quality for fiat on/off ramps.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Business Development or Sales roles.
• Data-driven mindset with a solid understanding of marketing and operations metrics.
• Strong team player with problem-solving skills and results-driven attitude.
• Passionate about crypto and digital assets.
• Experience in FinTech, Payments, Crypto, or Web3 companies is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory for effective coordination with partners and stakeholders globally.
