FBS is seeking an Agency Compensation & Incentives Analyst to join its Distribution team. You will analyze, design, and optimize agency compensation programs, discounts, and incentive initiatives using data-driven insights.

Responsibilities include building dashboards in Power BI, modeling financial impacts, and delivering accurate incentive calculations for leadership review. A strong background in finance analytics and BI tools is required.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in compensation analysis, financial analysis, sales analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience developing financial models, forecasts, performance reporting, budgeting and forecasting expertise.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL & Snowflake.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Agency Compensation & Incentives Analyst to join our Distribution organization. This role plays a critical part in the design, tracking, analysis, and optimization of agency sales compensation programs, achievement clubs, and sales incentive initiatives.

As a member of the Agency Compensation & Incentives team, you will leverage data, financial modeling, and performance analytics to evaluate compensation programs, develop actionable insights, and support leadership decision-making. You will collaborate closely with Distribution leaders, District Managers, and agency partners to drive profitable growth through effective incentive strategies and transparent performance reporting.

This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working with complex datasets, building financial models, creating impactful dashboards, and influencing business outcomes through data‑driven recommendations.

What You'll Do

  • Utilize tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Snowflake to gather, analyze, and visualize data.
  • Support strategic planning processes by providing insights on sales performance, compensation trends, and incentive effectiveness.
  • Collaborate across multiple business units to ensure alignment between compensation programs and organizational goals.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in compensation analysis, financial analysis, sales analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience developing financial models, forecasts, performance reporting, budgeting and forecasting expertise.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL & Snowflake.
  • Experience creating dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting solutions.
  • Strong ROI and business case analysis capabilities.
  • Management and executive reporting experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
