A leading manufacturing company in Tijuana seeks a Facility Manager to oversee maintenance operations. The role requires over 8 years of experience in a Maquiladora setting, extensive knowledge in electrical systems, and the ability to manage a team. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety standards and optimize facility efficiency. Proficiency in technical English is necessary.

Formación

• More than 8 years of experience in similar maintenance positions within a Maquiladora environment.
• Strong knowledge in electricity and Electrical Sub Station maintenance.
• Experience in gas, water, and sewer maintenance of industrial kitchens.
• Proficiency in English (technical understanding) at a minimum of 70%.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of facility equipment.
• Diagnose and repair factory facility and equipment.
• Maintain Fire System's compressor and fire alarm systems.

Overview

To oversee facility integrity where his main goal will be to assure business growth and continuity, attached to all compliance rules either from private or governmental agencies. Also shall protect all building assets within its premises to achieve business maximum efficiency, furthermore it will guarantee human safety condition.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for preventive and corrective, maintenance of facility equipment.
• Diagnosis and repair of facility and equipment in the factory.
• Proven experience maintenance Fire System's compressor and fire alarm.

Qualifications

• More than 8 years of experience in similar position maintenance in Maquiladora environment.
• High knowledge in electricity and Electrical Sub Station maintenance.
• Gas, Water and sewer maintenance of industrial Kitchen.
• Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering.
• Proactive and team Player.
• A minimum of Over 70 % English (technical understanding).
• Supervising experience of team member's.
