Corning is seeking a Facilities Intern to support daily office operations, coordinate with vendors, and track service requests. The role provides exposure to facilities coordination, maintenance follow-up, and process organization within a corporate office.

The position emphasizes documentation, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and opportunities to contribute to workplace improvement initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in facilities and workplace services.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Civil Engineering.
• Architecture, Environmental Engineering, Facilities Management or related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Support follow-up on maintenance and workplace service requests.
• Help coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and building management for office-related needs.
• Assist in tracking service requests, pending items, and completion status.
• Support workplace inspections, office organization, and general facilities documentation.
• Help maintain records related to office services, purchases, and supplier activities.
• Participate in initiatives focused on workplace improvements, organization, and efficiency.
• Support EHS and workplace safety activities such as documentation, basic follow-up, and awareness initiatives.
