Procter & Gamble is seeking a Facilities & Utilities Startup Leader at the Alce Blanco plant in Naucalpan, State of Mexico. You will support execution of startup activities and collaborate with the team to implement new ideas and improve processes.

This managerial role emphasizes working within policies, safety, stewardship requirements, and local objectives, with opportunities to own projects from day one.

Formación

Job Overview

The Facilities & Utilities Startup Leader will support the execution of strategies and the implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, and products related to facilities and utilities at the Alce Blanco plant. The role will focus on clearly defined local or site-level objectives, working collaboratively with the immediate team and following established policies, procedures, and stewardship requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of strategies within the Facilities & Utilities team and the broader organization.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, and products under appropriate guidance.
• Lead or support specific facilities and utilities startup activities with clearly defined objectives at the local or site level.
• Collaborate effectively with the immediate team and relevant work areas to maximize business impact and personal learning.
• Perform assigned activities while ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and stewardship requirements.

Job Qualifications

Hard Skills:

• Awareness of relevant external stewardship requirements, including applicable legal and tax considerations.
• Understanding of internal stewardship processes, including decision authority and procure-to-pay requirements.
• Basic knowledge of facilities, utilities, startup activities, operations, or related technical processes.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to identify, define, and analyze straightforward problems.
• Ability to complete tasks as an individual contributor with appropriate supervision.
• Effective collaboration and communication within an immediate team or work domain.
• Ability to learn quickly and implement practical solutions in a changing environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience supporting facilities, utilities, engineering, operations, or plant startup projects.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments and site-level project execution.
