Job summary

Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation seeks an experienced Facilities Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment and the building. You will monitor compressors, osmosis systems, air conditioning, power generators and cooling systems under TPM guidance, and manage spare parts and critical components.

Qualifications

• Technical studies at high school level completed.
• Specialization in electromechanics, electronics, air conditioning and refrigeration, or electrical technician.
• 1 year of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment and building.
• Follow preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery and reduce corrective maintenance in compressor area and cooling systems.
• Electrical installations of medium and low voltage.
• Work at heights.
• Operate lifting equipment (elevator, elevated platform, articulating arm).

Tecnico de facilities con experiencia

• Dar seguimiento al mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de maquinaria, mobiliario, equipo y edificio.
• Dar seguimiento al mantenimiento preventivo de equipo y maquinaria y disminuir el mantenimiento correctivo de Área de compresores, sistema de osmosis, Aires Acondicionados, Generadores de Energía y Sistemas de enfriamiento (Gas Cooling) con la dirección del TPM, dar seguimiento al control de las partes de reemplazo y partes criticas de todos los equipos antes mencionados.
• Instalaciones electricas de media y baja tension.
• Trabajos en alturas.
• Manejo de equipos de levacion, (Escalera electrica, Plataforma Elevadora, Brazo articulado)
• Estudios técnicos nivel bachillerato, Preparatoria terminada.
• Especialidad en Electromecánica, Electrónica, aire acondicionado y refrigeración, técnico electricista.
• 1 año de experiencia en posición similar.
