We are looking for a talented Facility Site Manager to join our team specializing in Facilities for our CUMMINS in San Luis Potosi, SLP.
Job Summary
Manages the maintenance and repair of plant equipment, buildings and grounds.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Responsible for leading the facilities team supporting all Cummins sites in San Luis Potosí
- Collaborates with leaders from various business units within the campus to provide strategic support aligned with business objectives, including budget planning and execution of operational strategies.
- Capital planning and execution: Global Integrated Services budget, Business Unit budget, Environmental budget
- Support required certification audits: IATF, ISO14001, ISO50001, HSE, etc
- Responsible for operational KPI's of the Facilities function
- Lead electrical safety initiative in the campus in conjunction with the Maintenance Manager
- Participates in infrastructure projects: MEP (Mechanical-Electrical-Plumbing) installations, Construction projects
- Team development and support community projects, participation in the ERG ThisAbility to promote accessibility and right conditions for an inclusive workplace.
- Identifies opportunities for and manages continuous improvement in the facility.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Solid experience in facility operations, capital planning, and budget management.
- More than 5 years’ experience in a Facilities Operation Manager position.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Familiarity with certification audits (IATF, ISO14001, ISO50001, HSE) and operational KPIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across business units.
- Desirable experience in Integrated Facilities Management Model (EFM). External Contracts Services: Hard and Soft Services.
- Commitment to team development, inclusivity, and community engagement initiatives.
- Good verbal and written communication in English
