FORVIA HELLA in Guadalajara, Mexico is seeking a Facilities Manager to coordinate and oversee all on-site operations, including maintenance, security, cleaning, and safety to keep the site compliant and fully functional.

You will develop and implement a preventive maintenance program, manage service contracts and vendor relationships, plan CAPEX budgets, and lead emergency responses, while ensuring EH&S standards are met. Fluent English and driver’s license required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, operations, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and facility management software (prefer SAP).
• Knowledge of building maintenance, security, and cleaning procedures.
• Experience with project management and supervision.
• Strong budgeting and financial understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage all on-site activities and operations including maintenance, repair, cleaning, and security to ensure the facility is safe, up to code, and fully operational.
• Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements in compliance with company standards.
• Conduct and document regular facility inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Manage and review service contracts and vendor relationships to ensure facilities services meet company cost and quality standards.
• Forecast, allocate and supervise the annual facility CAPEX budget and expenditures.
• Respond to facility emergencies and be available on-call to address urgent facility needs.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and regulations in facility management and propose strategic improvements if necessary.
• Manage the moving, adding, and changing of office and lab space to meet company needs and ensure employee comfort and productivity.
• Oversee construction and renovation projects to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and security standards.
