BD is seeking a facilities supervisor for our Reynosa site. You will oversee electrical, A/C, water systems, and MP systems, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to safety standards.

Lead the Facilities team, manage work orders, and coordinate with manufacturing to support production needs. The role requires an Engineering degree and at least 1.5 years in a related area, with strong English/Spanish communication and MS Office/AutoCAD proficiency.

Formación

• Engineering degree required.
• 1.5 years of related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure correct operation of electrical energy, A/C and water systems.
• Administer MP system and coordinate with manufacturing teams.
• Oversee facility cleaning systems and garden maintenance.
• Supervise Facilities group personnel and review work orders.
• Manage facilities department budget and ensure SOP compliance.
