The Facilities Magament Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, workplace services, physical security, vendor relationships, compliance activities, and office infrastructure projects. This role partners with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office facilities and workplace operations.
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, building management, and workplace service providers.
- Administer physical security processes, employee access control, visitor management, and ODC access.
- Support client-dedicated ODC environments and ensure compliance with security requirements.
- Coordinate office infrastructure projects, including workspace modifications, CCTV, UPS, power backup, and maintenance activities.
- Lead audit readiness activities related to ISO 27001, physical security controls, and workplace compliance.
- Maintain policies, procedures, inventories, records, and audit evidence for facilities and security processes.
- Support business continuity, emergency preparedness, and operational resilience initiatives.
- Coordinate office space planning, seating management, and workplace occupancy programs.
- Partner with HR, IT, Procurement, Finance, Security, landlords, and business stakeholders to support workplace operations and employee experience.
- Manage facilities-related procurement activities, vendor quotations, contract renewals, and service performance reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Facilities Management, Corporate Workplace Services, or Workplace Operations.
- Knowledge of Physical Security, Access Control, and Workplace Compliance practices.
- Experience managing vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Exposure to compliance programs, audits, and operational documentation.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
