GM Financial busca un Representante Senior de F&I para ejecutar y hacer seguimiento de procesos con la red de concesionarios. La persona seleccionada coordinará capacitaciones, reportes y seguimiento de programas de F&I para impulsar ventas y cumplimiento de KPIs.

Se requiere licenciatura relevante y experiencia en banca/finanzas o sector automotriz en México, además de disponibilidad para viajar y dominio de inglés y español.

Formación

• Título universitario en negocios, economía, marketing, contabilidad o campo relacionado.
• El dominio de MS Office y herramientas de oficina es esencial.
• Se valora experiencia en instituciones financieras, banca y sector automotriz.

Responsabilidades

• Ejecutar e implementar procesos de F&I con los Gerentes de F&I de la Red de Concesionarios.
• Elaborar y hacer seguimiento de KPIs del Departamento de F&I (inventarios, reportes).
• Apoyar programas de ventas de concesionarios (F&I School, F&I Conference).
• Proporcionar capacitación a Gerentes de F&I y a la red de concesionarios.
• Negociar con distintos niveles de la organización de los concesionarios para mejorar desempeño.
• Monitorear KPIs del área para identificar áreas de oportunidad y proponer mejoras.
• Apoyar en la selección de Gerentes de F&I para la Red de Concesionarios.
• Actualización mensual y soporte para reportes, inventarios y proyectos de F&I.
• Disponibilidad para viajar al menos 80% de la semana laboral (cuando lo permita la contingencia sanitaria).
• Gestión de gastos corporativos conforme políticas internas.

Responsibilities

About this role:

The F&I Senior Representative will be responsible for executing & implementing F&I related processes with the Dealers F&I Managers who participate in the GMF F&I School. As an F&I Senior Representative, you will be accountable for elaborating and following up on the KPI's of the F&I Department, for example inventories and reports. In addition, this role supports the accomplishment of Dealer Sales programs, such as the F&I School and F&I Conference.

In this role you will:

• Deliver & support training to F&I Managers of the Dealers Network through the F&I School.
• Deliver training programs on products, processes, and soft skills to the GM Dealers Network.
• Implement regular visits for the F&I Managers who participate in the F&I Schools, for program follow-up.
• Negotiating within all levels of the Dealers organization, with the objective of assigning and executing action plans to improve the performance of the F&I Managers.
• Monitor the F&I Department KPI's to identify opportunity areas and suggest improvement actions.
• Support in the selection of the F&I Managers for the Dealer Network.
• Monthly updating and ad-hoc support for reports.
• Administration of F&I Managers and F&I Assistants inventories.
• Support on the development and execution of projects related with the F&I Program (F&I School, F&I Conference, F&I School Advance).
• Availability to travel at least 80% of the work week during the month. (Once sanitary contingency allows for it).
• Manage and report corporate expenses in a timely manner and in compliance with the company's internal policies and procedures.

Additional Knowledge and Skills

Working effectively within an AI enabled environment:

• Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work
• Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias
• Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights
• Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation
• Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection

Work Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, marketing, accounting or related field.
• Fluent in both Spanish & English (conversation level will be evaluated during interview).
• +2 years of experience providing training, ideally for sales associates.
• Background experience in financial institutions, banking, automotive industry within the sales area and/or credit departments (Preferred).
• Background experience in consulting or business advisory areas.
