Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Specialist in F&A - R2R - External Reporting to join our hybrid Mexico-based team.

You will prepare and review external financial statements in line with GAAP and IFRS, support external audits, and monitor regulatory changes affecting reporting. You will analyze financial data to identify trends, help design internal controls, and partner with stakeholders to explain financial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with GAAP/IFRS external reporting.
• Auditing coordination and documentation support.
• Ability to monitor regulatory changes affecting reporting.
• Strong analytical skills for variance and trend analysis.
• Experience in process improvements and automation initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review external financial statements in compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other standards.
• Coordinate and support external audit processes with auditors.
• Analyze financial data to identify key trends, variances, and opportunities.
• Support design and testing of internal controls for reporting accuracy.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to explain financial performance and reporting outcomes.
