Job summary

Genpact Ltd. in Mexico is seeking a Specialist - F&A - R2R - External Reporting to lead and execute external financial reporting in alignment with GAAP, IFRS, and applicable standards.

You will coordinate external audits, analyze financial data for trends and variances, support internal controls, and partner with stakeholders to explain performance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting. This is a hybrid role based in Mexico.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce, economics, or finance.
• Master’s in Finance preferred.
• CFA, CPA, CMA certifications listed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review external financial statements in compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other applicable regulatory standards.
• Coordinate and support external audit processes by providing accurate, timely, and complete documentation to auditors.
• Analyze financial data to identify key trends, variances, and improvement opportunities in reporting processes.
• Support the design, testing, and implementation of internal controls to safeguard the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide clear insights and explanations on financial performance and reporting outcomes.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance in external reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.
