Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA seeks a mid-level Design & Release Engineer (DRE) specializing in Exterior Trim (Functional Plastics) to lead development, integration and release of exterior plastic components in a hybrid working environment in Toluca.

You will manage lifecycle stages from styling surfaces through tooling validation to plant production launches, coordinating with OEM studios, tooling suppliers, and manufacturing plants to ensure smooth fit, finish and performance.

Formación

• Lead the design, packaging and engineering release for exterior plastic components.
• Manage change processes (DCN/ECN) across the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with OEM studios, tooling suppliers and plants.
• Evaluate injection molding feasibility, draft angles and wall thickness.

Responsabilidades

• Plastic Component DRE management for exterior parts.
• Injection molding feasibility & tooling integration.
• Functional fastening packaging design.
• 3D CAD packaging studies and clearance checks.
• GD&T data, tolerance stack-ups, BOMs in PLM.
• Validation testing support and physical trials.
