HP, Inc. in Mexico is seeking a Finance professional to support Executive Expense Governance and cross-functional collaboration. You will ensure accurate policy enforcement and audit readiness across multiple teams while maintaining strong communication and attention to detail.

The role requires a first-level university degree in administration, business or finance and typically 4+ years of experience in finance or business management. No shift premium, full-time, on-site in Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Drives Executive Expense Governance (EEG) schedule and hosts sessions.
• Drives EEG meeting's agenda, documents and follows through action items.
• Focal point for EEG audits.
• Oversees proper execution of EEG policies.
• Collaborates with HR & Payroll to ensure SEC/IRS compliance.
• Leads across teams (BOD, S16, EEM, Security, Aviation and CWT) for accounting and reporting.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with leaders to influence decisions.
• Supports policy and process improvement and identifies opportunities.
• Identifies issues and proposes solutions.
