The Executive Assistant / Office Manager role is integral to supporting executive leadership, the sub‑regional sales team, and cross‑functional departments. It ensures smooth operations, fosters efficiency, and plays a pivotal role in building a cohesive, value‑driven workplace culture. Ownership and Empowerment
Take full ownership of office administration, ensuring smooth daily operations without constant oversight and make decisions within approved budgets for office supplies, vendor selection, travel and event expenses.
Collaboration and Communication
Maintain clear communication with LATAM Leadership, U.S. corporate teams and internal departments (HR, IT, Facilities).
Strategic Thinking & Problem‑Solving
Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales Leadership, anticipating obstacles and developing solutions before they impact operations.
Cultural Leadership
Act as a Genesys Values Ambassador, modeling Embrace Empathy, Fly in Formation and Go Big.
Process Improvement & Documentation
Create SOPs for recurring events and regularly review and refine processes.
Global Alignment & High‑Level Collaboration
Represent LATAM region in high‑level conversations, ensuring regional needs are incorporated into global strategies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Performance measured by meeting deadlines, event success, stakeholder feedback and smooth administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
Autonomy for routine decisions; key budget and vendor decisions align with executive priorities.
Access to ongoing training to enhance administrative skills and leadership competencies.
Primary support for LATAM; cross‑regional support may be required with coordination between LATAM.
Proactively manage unforeseen circumstances such as travel disruptions, last‑minute meeting changes and urgent executive requests.
