A leading company based in Puebla, Mexico is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This remote position involves managing senior executives' travel, providing administrative support, and ensuring confidentiality in all interactions. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree related to administration, have at least 2 years of relevant experience, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office is essential as well as the ability to handle multiple projects effectively.

Formación

  • 2 years' experience in an administrative role supporting upper management.
  • Ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage and arrange travel and related activities for senior executives.
  • Perform administrative support like spreadsheet creation and maintenance of filing systems.

This is a remote position.

  • CEO's office : Executive Assistant to the CEO

As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, you are a key contributor to handle all the administrative needs of the office and will offer support to the executives based on their needs to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently.

You must think independently and be able to make decisions under pressure.

This role reports directly to the CEO and will give support to the executive leaders based on the US and is based out of Puebla, Mexico.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior executives' travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination
  • Perform administrative and office support, such as, spreadsheet creation, mailing, and maintenance of filing system and contact database
  • Maintain and refine internal processes that support to the highest-ranking executives' company-wide, coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
What we are looking for
  • Bachelor's related to administration.
  • 2 years' experience in administrative role reporting to upper management.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with aptitude to learn new software systems
  • Discretion & confidentiality
