If you're passionate about holistic wellness and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do
  • Project & Task Management:
  • Manage and monitor daily tasks and project timelines across multiple departments.
  • Assign and follow up on team tasks using project management tools such as Trello.
  • Keep track of all ongoing marketing projects, launches, and initiatives against a marketing calendar.
  • Help implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure team members adhere to them.
  • Team Communication & Coordination:
  • Attend all key meetings with the President to take notes, track action items, and ensure follow-up.
  • Act as a communication bridge between the President and other team members to ensure alignment.
  • Keep files, deliverables, and shared folders organized and easy to access.
  • Executive Support:
  • Manage and organize the President's email inbox, respond when appropriate, and ensure important messages are handled promptly.
  • Monitor Slack channels and communicate with the team on the President's behalf when needed.
  • Maintain and update the President's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate availability.
  • Assist in preparing reports, summaries, or documents to support business decisions.
  • Operations & General Assistance:
  • Help with operational and administrative tasks such as updating product listings or managing simple online processes.
  • Support data gathering, light reporting, and documentation.
  • Identify inefficiencies and proactively suggest or implement improvements to workflows and systems.
What You Need
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient with project management systems like Trello.
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools and software.
  • Previous experience supporting an executive or leadership team member preferred.
  • Strong ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative.
  • Background in marketing, operations, or executive assistance is a plus.
  • A strong project manager and communicator who loves bringing structure to moving parts.
  • Proactive and dependable — you don't wait for direction; you find solutions.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Genuinely enjoys helping others stay organized and accountable.
Salary & Perks
  • Competitive Salary
  • This is a full-time, long-term position.
  • The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
  • Work from home.
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (+/- 1 hour accepted) - MST.
  • Must be available during U.S. business hours for daily communication with the President.
  • Additional perks.
