Randstad México is seeking an ETL Informatica Developer to join our Nearshore Center. You will design, develop and deploy data integration solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help shape modern integration architectures using Informatica, APIs and IPaaS in a dynamic environment.

The role offers a hybrid work setup, exposure to the latest technologies, and opportunities to influence enterprise-scale integration projects across Supply Chain, Sales and CRM domains.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience as Software Development Lead, Integration Architect, or Software Developer.
• Strong communication and collaboration with business and IT.
• Hands-on knowledge of Informatica and IPaaS (MuleSoft, Boomi) or APIGEE.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes or Docker is a plus.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Sales, e-commerce, loyalty, CRM, retail, or mobile apps.
• Proven project leadership and ability to influence others.
• Agile or product experience is a plus.
• Proficient in relational data modeling.
• Innovative with strong ability to learn new technologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional teamwork.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, Develop and deploy integration solutions using Informatica, REST APIs, IPaaS, EDA/Microservices technologies.
• Create and maintain specifications, documents, test plans and scripts.
• Develop prototypes and evaluate alternatives for business requirements.
• Resolve defects across all development and maintenance phases including production issues.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, and Product Owners.
• Define and enforce integration standards, coding practices, and technical documentation.
• Build relationships with clients and participate in practice development.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Security and global teams on integration topics.
