Job Title: Junior ETL Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and technically skilled ETL Developers with a strong foundation in coding and ETL (e.g., Informatica) who are eager to expand their expertise by learning Ab Initio. This is a great opportunity to build a career in data engineering with hands-on training and a clear path to full-time employment.

Selected candidates will participate in a 6-week onsite training program focused on Ab Initio. Those who score 70% or higher on the final assessment will go through a client interview, and successful candidates will be hired full-time with a competitive salary and benefits package, including an additional 9,452 MXN joining bonus.

• Client Interview: Required post-training
• Full-Time Salary: MXN 20,000 – 30,000/month (depending on skills and experience)
• Joining Bonus: MXN 9,452 upon successful client onboarding
• Onsite Requirement: Once in a week at Mexico City (CDMX)

Eligibility Criteria

• 0–5 years of experience in software development or related IT roles
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, SQL, etc.)
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or similar
• Interest in learning Ab Initio (prior experience is a plus)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Must be located in or able to commute daily to GDL or CDMX

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Prior hands-on experience with Ab Initio
• Working knowledge of data pipelines, data integration, or data warehousing
• Basic exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with agile development practices
