Salesforce, Inc. in Mexico City is seeking an ETL Software Engineer to design and maintain data pipelines that move data between Snowflake, Informatica/IICS, MuleSoft and other sources.

You will work with data analysts and platform teams to ensure analytics accuracy and reliability. Responsibilities include building ETL mappings, developing Python-based scripts, monitoring Airflow jobs, and coordinating deployments across DEV/QA/STG/PRD in a hybrid work setup.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in ETL development or data engineering.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft or Informatica/IICS.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data transformation.
• Experience with Snowflake and Airflow for data pipelines.
• Knowledge of environment promotion (DEV/QA/STG/PRD) and GitHub.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Clear written communication and CI/CD deployment experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain ETL mappings and workflows using Informatica/IICS.
• Develop Python-based ETL scripts for data transformation and automation.
• Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled data pipelines (Airflow).
• Manage API connections and credentials across environments.
• Create Snowflake objects and RBAC to support pipeline read/write operations.
• Perform data quality checks and reconcile records across sources.
• Submit and manage change requests through DEV → QA → STG → PRD.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data mapping discrepancies.
• Maintain documentation and runbooks for ETL jobs.
• Respond to production incidents related to ETL and data quality.
