You will manage the complete lifecycle of supplier relationships, from selection to renewal, ensuring high quality and cost efficiency across operations.

The role requires strong negotiation, supplier performance management, and remote-work discipline, with collaboration across procurement and internal teams to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• 4+ years in procurement, supplier management, or sourcing.
• Proven contract negotiation and supplier performance experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with e-procurement tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supplier management strategies.
• Oversee sourcing and qualification of new suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs.
• Monitor supplier KPIs and address deviations.
• Coordinate between suppliers and internal teams.
• Procure goods/services aligning with budget needs.
• Identify cost-saving and process-improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Conduct regular supplier reviews and evaluations.
