Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Proven ability to create engaging and effective content for social media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
• Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement creative content strategies for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create engaging and high-quality content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, tailored to each platform and audience.
• Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and timely posting schedule.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and report on key insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency and visual appeal of content.
