A leading fintech startup is seeking a People & Talent Lead (HR) to oversee hiring, automate HR workflows, and enhance employee experience. This role requires 3–7+ years in HR, a strong command of English, and experience in using AI for hiring processes. The position is remote-first with flexible contracts and the opportunity to be part of a globally-minded team.

We’re hiring: People & Talent Lead (HR) at BNKA

Remote (CET ±2 preferred)

You Will

• Own hiring end-to-end (tech, compliance, ops, support, marketing) with data and AI.
• Automate HR workflows with AI (ATS, sourcing, onboarding, performance).
• Run People Ops across EU, UAE, and LatAm entities: contracts, contractors, payroll, compliance.
• Partner with leadership on org design, headcount planning, and performance culture.
• Build global pipelines (not country-bound) and raise the hiring bar.
• Lead employee experience: onboarding, L&D, feedback loops, and rituals that reflect BNKA values.

What You’ve Done

• 3–7+ years in HR / People Ops / Talent Acquisition in startups/scaleups (fintech/crypto is a plus).
• AI‑fluent: you’ve already automated hiring/HR with ChatGPT, agents, or custom workflows.
• Exposure to regulated environments (KYC/AML, audits, policies) or fast learner.
• Excellent English (Spanish/Italian/Lithuanian are a plus).
• CET time zone friendly.
• Global mindset, passport ready.
