• Knowledge of energy codes, standards, and best practices for building and industrial facilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver results independently.
• Experience with building energy management systems (BEMS) or industrial control systems is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
