Transportation Analyst – Fluent English | Logistics and Order Routing

Location: Mexicali, Baja California

Work Mode: On-site

Shifts (Choose One):
1st Shift: 5:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (Mexicali time) / 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Memphis time)
2nd Shift: 2:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. (Mexicali time) / 4:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. (Memphis time)

Project Duration: Indeterminate

Job Objective: Ensure the planning, maintenance, preparation, and routing of orders to achieve an efficient workflow by managing timely shipments and pickups. Fluent English is required for constant communication with clients and account managers in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Verify and organize orders to optimize routes and deliveries.
• Plan transportation routes and coordinate shipments and pickups with logistics providers (FedEx, UPS, among others).
• Coordinate same-day deliveries when possible.
• Maintain fluent communication with clients via phone and email.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Age: 25 to 45 years
• Education: Completed Bachelor's degree
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in areas related to foreign trade, logistics, or transportation
• Preferred: Certification in APICS (CLTD – logistics, transportation, and distribution)
• Basic knowledge of logistics, 3PL, and operations with companies such as FedEx and UPS
• Proficient in Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluent English (90%) – essential for dealing with clients and teams in the U.S.
