PSC Industries in Puebla, Mexico seeks a Sustainability Lead to drive the plant's ESG strategy with a strong emphasis on decarbonization and ESG reporting. You will develop risk assessments, lead training, and design actionable ESG initiatives.

The role requires collaboration with external partners and internal teams to advance sustainability programs and metrics across operations, with a focus on governance and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Degree in sustainable development or related field, with emphasis on ESG.
• Advanced English required.
• Knowledge of ESG methodology and reporting standards.
• Familiarity with CSR, carbon/water footprints and risk/opportunity analyses.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct risk analysis and site sustainability reporting using ESG standards (GRI/SASB).
• Raise awareness and provide training on ESG culture.
• Design ESG strategies aligned with corporate goals and ESG action areas.
• Build relationships with institutions/companies to develop partnerships and strategies.
