Stellantis seeks an Ergonomics Specialist (WHS) to join a cross-functional team supporting new vehicle programs and current plant operations. You will apply ergonomic requirements, conduct risk assessments, and drive improvements to reduce musculoskeletal injuries and enhance wellbeing.

You will lead ergonomic evaluations, model interfaces digitally, and collaborate with manufacturing, product, and safety teams to deliver actionable design and process changes. Fluent English and <30% travel are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in ergonomics, human kinetics, kinesiology, human engineering or related field.
• 5+ years applying ergonomic principles in manufacturing or academic settings.
• 1+ years using ergonomics analysis tools (e.g., digital human modeling).
• Proven problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with primary and secondary ergonomic analysis tools/software.
• Ability to lead teams, meet deadlines and communicate solutions.
• MS Office proficiency and strong analytical/interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel <30% internationally and work alternate shifts.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Support product design and plant launches with ergonomic expertise and data-driven problem solving.
• Optimize worker interfaces using digital human modeling and ergonomic tools.
• Perform preliminary and secondary ergonomic evaluations with recommendations.
• Take physical task measurements to verify ergonomic requirements.
• Collaborate with LJHSC Ergonomic Specialist and cross-functional teams.
• Manage documentation and issue tracking communications with stakeholders.
• Interpret injury/illness data to inform design and manufacturing initiatives.
• Assist and lead ergonomic innovation projects to reduce risk and injuries.
• Support workplace design and productivity initiatives per Stellantis guidelines.

Formação académica

Bachelor’s degree in ergonomics (related field)

Master's degree (preferred)
