Qualifications

• 0-2 years of SCM experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• ASCM (APICS) certification preferred.
• Experience in the Medical Device industry preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Experience using ERP systems and Excel spreadsheets is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops and communicates a detailed production schedule for assigned work centers that satisfies the Master Production Schedule requirements.
• Contributes to the Production Planning team as an entry-level to developing individual contributor.
• Helps implement projects, programs, and processes in support of the Production Planning Strategy.
• Applies theoretical knowledge of Production Planning to carry out procedures and plans.
• Helps establish and implement programs for Production Planning under supervision.
• Contributes to less complex components of projects in Production Planning and Logistics.
• Completes simple trend analysis to support continuous improvement of production strategy.
• Reviews shortage reports and follows up on material arrival dates to meet production requirements.
• Communicates constraints, unplanned events and production misses affecting schedules.
• Monitors data parameters and ERP orders for accuracy.
• Follows Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions.
• Ensures health, safety and environmental guidelines are followed.
• For supervisors, ensures subordinates comply with guidelines and resources are available.
• Ensures compliance with all regulations and policies.
