Job summary

Qualifications

Foundational knowledge in engineering, manufacturing, automation, or related field.
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills with interest in project planning and cost estimation.
Clear documentation using standard digital tools.

Responsibilities

Lead capital and automation projects from scope definition through implementation and handover.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to meet business needs.
Ensure projects meet capital management standards, safety, quality, cost and schedule.
Promote continuous improvement and support certification goals within 12–18 months.
Coordinate with resource leaders and partners to support project execution.
