Job summary

Rehire is partnering with a US-based data engineering and cloud technologies company to hire a Junior SRE Engineer. You will support an AI-driven reliability program within a regulated fintech environment, operating in Guadalajara, Mexico on a full-time basis and paid in USD.

You will work with senior engineers to operate, improve, and learn from AI-assisted reliability practices, with exposure to AWS services and observability tooling such as Datadog, Grafana, and CloudWatch.

Responsibilities

• Support incident response using AI-driven detection, correlation, and root-cause analysis tools.
• Build and maintain Datadog monitors, dashboards, and SLO definitions as code using Terraform.
