Placements24 is seeking a certified personal trainer to join a luxury leisure and sports team in Cancún, Quintana Roo. The role combines on-site sessions with remote client consultations, delivering personalized programs for hotel guests and locals.

You will assess clients, design programs, monitor progress, and educate on exercise, nutrition, and healthy living while maintaining high professional standards in a premium setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold nationally recognized PT certification (ACE/NASM/ACSM/NSCA).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years as a certified personal trainer, preferably in high-end facilities or resorts.
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, biomechanics, anatomy, and nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments to understand client needs, limitations, and goals.
• Design and implement personalized training programs tailored to individual client objectives, including weight loss, muscle gain, endurance, and rehabilitation.
• Provide one-on-one and small group training sessions, ensuring proper form and technique to prevent injuries.
• Educate clients on exercise principles, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as necessary to ensure continued improvement and adherence.
• Maintain detailed client records, including progress notes, program modifications, and assessment results.
