Responsibilities
  • Analyze IBM’s forecasts, budgets, actuals, and key business metrics.
  • Develop and deliver variance analyses (forecast vs. actual, budget vs. actual).
  • Prepare financial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand financial performance and trends.
  • Support preparation of presentations and reports for senior leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in reporting.
  • Demonstrate proactivity, strong interpersonal relationships, team play, sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or later.
  • Foundational understanding of financial and accounting principles, with an interest in developing knowledge in corporate finance, financial analysis, and business operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, with the ability to organize, analyze, and present data effectively.
  • Advanced to fluent English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
