Clarios, LLC is seeking a Digital Product Manager for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) to shape product strategy, lead development, and manage the lifecycle of digital solutions that improve equipment health, performance, and cost efficiency across the enterprise.

You will partner with IT, operations, manufacturing, and procurement to deliver measurable outcomes, govern the adoption of solutions, and drive data‑driven decisions in a global environment.

Competenze

• Proven experience in digital product management and delivering successful products.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) technologies, processes, and data.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in complex, global environments.
• Expertise in software development processes, agile methodologies, and program/project management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to drive data‑based decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap for EAM digital solutions.
• Lead full product lifecycle from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, manufacturing, logistics, and procurement to ensure adoption.
• Partner with executives to translate business outcomes into product requirements.
• Track KPIs and iterate based on market insights and user feedback.
• Develop and coach the product team and external partners.
