A manufacturing company is seeking a proactive Engineering Supervisor to oversee the design and establishment of automation and electrical systems. This role requires strong leadership, technical problem-solving skills, and expertise in electrical engineering. Ideal candidates will have a degree in electrical engineering and a PRC license. The position is based in San Pablo City, Laguna, with detailed compensation discussed during the interview.

Engineering Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive Engineering Supervisor that is meticulous in root cause analysis and demonstrates excellent leadership in team task organization. Additionally, possesses the ability to design, create, and establish standards for automation and electrical systems. Willing to extend shared services for their client function and work together with maintenance. Able to assist the project crew with any electrical issues if necessary.

Qualifications

• A degree in electrical engineering is required.
• PRC license is essential.
• Must possess expertise in the design, analysis, and troubleshooting of electrical and automation systems in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong leadership abilities and the ability to work well in a team are essential.
• Strong communication abilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Create new infrastructure, machinery, and systems.
• Address and resolve technical problems pertaining to equipment and systems.
• Optimize procedures by creating and putting into practice plans to increase effectiveness, dependability, and security.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and conclusion of projects aimed at continual improvement.
• Cooperates and works with the project team.
• Create and uphold engineering protocols and standards.
