Caterpillar Inc. in Mexico (Tijuana) is seeking a CAD design specialist to contribute to product development using Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Catia, and Inventor. This role requires a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

The position is on-site five days a week with a preference for advanced English; visa sponsorship is not available. Posting window Oct 15–30, 2026.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of CAD design software: Creo Parametric, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Catia, Inventor.
• Be proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Intermediate English; Advanced preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Use CAD software for product development and iterative design.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to refine parts and assemblies.
• Support CAD modeling tasks and documentation.

Have knowledge of any design software (Creo Parametric, Solid Works, AutoCAD, Catia, Inventor, etc.
Being a proactive person, working in a team, accepting challenges in the personal sphere and wanting to learn.
Language: Intermediate English, Advanced (preferably).

This position requires working onsite five days a week.
