What do you get to do in this position?

Schneider Electric is seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our Digital Energy team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies for our energy solutions, focusing on energy efficiency, power quality, and building automation. This position requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics.



Key Responsibilities


  • Sales and strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies for digital energy solutions and support commercial teams in closing deals.

  • Technical expertise: Act as a technical expert, providing product demonstrations, training, and solutions to meet client needs.

  • Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as a technical advisor to help them navigate their digital transformation journey.

  • Solution promotion: Promote and sell a range of solutions, including Building Management Systems (BMS), energy metering, power quality management, and other digital energy products.

  • Market development: Work to expand the market for digital solutions by identifying potential customers, opening new accounts, and supporting the adoption of new technologies.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical or related field preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of energy efficiency, power quality, protection automation, and building automation.

  • Proven experience in marketing management or product management within the energy sector.

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on financial metrics and performance analysis.
