Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of engineering/technical work experience.
• Proficiency with CAD tools and FEA simulation.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled tools and data analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent cross-functional teamwork and communication skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to engineering projects from concept through implementation and validation.
• Apply data-driven problem solving to improve products, processes, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and Project Management.
• Support product development, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
