Bombardier in Mexico is looking for an Engineering Professional, Material and Processes to lead laboratory testing for Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M). The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least three years of aerospace lab engineering experience, with strong knowledge of ASTM, AMS, and ISO 17025 standards.

You will collaborate across groups and contribute to continuous improvement. Day shift, regular employee status, and a focus on quality and teamwork are key.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years' Laboratory engineering experience in Aerospace.
• Advanced knowledge of industry specifications (ASTM, AMS and Military Standard).

Responsabilidades

• Performs intermediate to complex testing execution by established procedures and standards.
• Prepare, review and approve intermediate to complex testing reports.
• Supports intermediate complexity projects in the Laboratory following priorities defined by the section chief.
• Review and approve internal procedures for laboratory testing.
• Review and approve equipment maintenance activities and usage procedures.
• Plans activities in field of expertise for mid-term range; contributes to continuous improvement.

How to thrive in this role?

• You hold a bachelor's degree in materials/ chemical engineering, aeronautical or related field.
• You have a minimum of three (3) years' Laboratory engineering experience in Aerospace.
• You have an advance Knowledge of Industry specifications (ASTM, AMS and Military Standard).
• You have advanced knowledge in quality systems and documentation (ISO 17025).
• You are an energetic person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high sense of commitment, and a willingness to accept responsibilities while acting independently in a high-pressure partner/supplier team environment.
• You have advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office.
