Formación

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex technical challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of engineers focused on Developer Platform initiatives.
• Conduct 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching.
• Own and prioritize the roadmap across Developer Platform and Developer Experience initiatives.
