Job summary

Jobgether seeks an Engineering Manager to lead and grow a security-focused engineering team. You will drive security standards, system hardening, and cryptographic modules across OSS ecosystems, working with internal teams and external partners to meet FIPS/CIS/STIG/FedRAMP requirements.

You will shape engineering practices, mentor talent, and influence secure deployments at scale, with travel for events and collaborations across borders.

Qualifications

• Requires proven experience leading and growing engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
• Experience with FIPS- or Common Criteria-certified products and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of engineers across security standards and hardening.
• Coach team members and provide career guidance.
• Implement disciplined engineering processes and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and partners on security initiatives.
• Guide cryptographic modules, FIPS 140 adherence, and system hardening.
