Paylocity seeks an experienced engineering leader to manage a team of software engineers in Guadalajara. You will own technical execution, health, and delivery, while mentoring engineers and driving continuous improvements across product and process.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on problem solving, and collaboration with Product, Security, and Business teams to align with company objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering with 1+ year in a management role.
• Strong background in cloud platforms and modern architecture.
• Experience in Agile environments and process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage an engineering team, aligning with product and business goals.
• Own health, scalability and quality of products within the domain.
• Drive technical execution and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Establish efficient execution processes to maintain velocity and impact.
• Improve team processes including planning, on-call rotations, bug triage, and metrics review.
