Responsable en el mejoramiento continuo en los procesos de manufactura, esto incluye responsabilidad de asegurar procesos de alta calidad, productividad y entrega a tiempo. También deberá desarrollar e implementar proyectos de reducción en costo de manufactura contribuyendo siempre con los objetivos de BorgWarner – Juárez con Seguridad y Medio Ambiente, Calidad, Productividad, Entrega, y Trabajo en Equipo.
